What a cute hotel this is! The rooms are amazing and have everything you need. It is right in the center of Bath, only 8 walking minutes from the station. The staff was really friendly, the rooms very clean, and the bed super comfortable. I will come back the next time I visit.

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights a few weeks ago. I cannot fault this hotel, the location was PERFECT! The room had such a homely feel and had the biggest and comfiest bed. We had a free upgrade which was such a lovely surprise. Good option of tea, coffee and sweet treats in the room as well. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Bath!

A beautiful hotel with a lovely staff. Breakfasts are made to order along with some fruit and yogurt. The staff was so kind, always asking if you needed anything. The rooms were very clean, well decorated, comfortable, and the location doesn’t get any better in Bath!

We stayed here during our honeymoon visit to Bath, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect. Our room had a charming, classic atmosphere, and everything was clean and very comfortable. Thanks to the hotel, we had a truly memorable stay, and my wife and I look back on it with great joy.

This hotel fits perfectly with Bath charming atmosphere. Friendly staff ready to accommodate guests and make them feel welcome. They exceed expectations with little treats I will leave to you to discover. Our room was just a perfect size with a comfortable bad and two pillows. Amazing shower! It’s central so location is perfect for visiting Bath, unfortunately due to being so central it can be hard to get your Beaty sleep, you can hear people walking home after a night out and early starters with their morning duties, it’s not too bad, we slept well anyway. There is a lovely honesty bar in the basement if you don’t fancy a busy night out. In conclusion, this is a 5 stars hotel with a 5 stars staff. Thank you for spoiling us

My cousin and I stayed here this past week during the Jane Austen Festival and we could not have picked a better spot! We stayed in the building overlooking the square in a second floor room. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. Our room did not have AC but thanks to the fall weather, we were very comfortable with the windows open at night. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. We did not want to leave and will absolutely stay here when we come back to the festival!

Our room was a second floor (1st floor in the UK?) Snug Double at the N Parade Passage location (as opposed to the location on the square nearby). The room was clean and a decent size for “Snug”, and the bathroom was clean and efficient (there was no outlet in the bathroom; not sure if this is particular to the UK or not). The staff was very pleasant and the two breakfasts we had there were really delicious. The mattress and room temperature were very comfortable. For women who wear makeup, though, the lighting in the bedroom area was harsh, and was non-existent over the sink in the bathroom. I had to contort myself into positions at the window to get some natural light. Communication before our stay was very good. The only complaint we have has nothing to do with the service, cleanliness, size of room, comfort, or anything else to do with the hotel itself, but we would be remiss if we didn’t mention the extremely loud and disruptive noise from the underground bar across the passage, every single night we were there (3 nights). And once the bar closed, the passage was filled with yelling and cursing youths. If you value sleep (and we were jet lagged, so not getting sleep was a real issue), ask for a quiet room either in the other building or away from the passage. Unfortunately, after the first night, we were unable to ask to be relocated as we were out for the entire two days and would have been unable to move our things, so we had to deal with the noise for three nights. We would probably stay in this hotel again but would definitely request the quietest room possible in either building. Otherwise, the location is great as far as convenience to everything (which is why we give it 5 stars in spite of the noise).

Decent stay in a good location in bath. Room is clean and cosy, bed and pillows were comfortable, nice touch having a coffee machine and homemade biscuits. Bathroom was clean and the products were great. The coffee machine did leak though. The stairs were treacherous too, something to note for anyone who is not very agile.
